How old must an employee be to work at Bancroft Bag?

Employees must be 18 years of age or older.

What types of shifts are employees required to work?

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Numerous rotations are worked, but all employees must be willing to work nights and weekends.  In addition, dependable transportation and child care arrangements are a must.

Does the Company drug and alcohol test employees?

Yes.  All employees must pass drug and alcohol testing prior to employment.    

Does the Company employ union workers?

Yes.  The company is covered by the USW (United Steel Workers Union).

Is a high school diploma required?

No.  A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

Is prior knowledge of the business required?

No.  On-site training is provided for all entry level jobs.

What is the new hire pay for entry level jobs?

The new hire per-hour pay for entry level jobs ranges from $10.30 - $13.00.
